After an upgrade on iOS I get Error 1604. I don't understand what it means but it prevented my iPhone from syncing music in my iTunes. What can I do to fix this problem?

How to Fix iPhone Error 1604
Error 1604 in iOS is really not related to the upgrading of the device. The error is basically caused by the timing of your USB connection which normally happens when you are restoring your iPhone or iOS device. When error 1604 appears on your screen, you need to begin troubleshooting your connection.
Since the problem is associated with the timing of the USB connection, try restoring your phone using a different USB port. If that doesn’t work, connect your phone directly to your computer. If your phone is connected to a dock which is connected to your computer, remove the dock. Connect your phone directly to your computer using the USB cable.
If that doesn’t work either, try restoring your phone in Recovery Mode using iTunes. First, make sure you have the latest iTunes. Download and upgrade your existing version to the latest.
