How to fix my problem with bearshare logon

1.First try to login on bearshare on some other pc to check your account if everything is ok and based on your description i don't think the problem is with your account.
 
2.Turn off all antivirus programs you have.
 
3.Try to login on bearshare
 
If you manage to log in then the problem is in your antivirus program. Don't know which antivirus you are using but principle is the same for all antivirus programs check settings for blocked applications or ports that are blocked and unblock bearshare.
 
4.If you cant log in without antivirus then turn off your firewall in control panel.
 
5.Try to login on bearshare. If your account is fine (based on step 1) and your turned off antivirus and firewall you shouldn't have any problems with login on bearshare.
 
6.When u successfully log in on bearshare on your pc go to control panel-firewall-allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall and make sure that bearshare is on the list of enabled applications.
 
7.Turn on firewall with new settings and try to login on bearshare (you should be able to login)
 
8.Turn on antivirus program (Don't know which antivirus you are using but principle is the same for all antivirus programs check settings for blocked applications or ports that are blocked and unblock bearshare and ports that are used by bearshare)
 
9.Login on bearshare (everything should be ok now)
