How to fix Netflix error N8307?

I am getting a netflix error N8307. The movie will load then stop when it is about to reach 100%.

I have Windows 7 and using internet Explorer 9.

How do I fix this problem?

How to fix Netflix error N8307?

Hello there, the IE 9 is a very updated program, it is likely that Silverlight needs some updated version to be released for functioning fully with IE9. Go through the following fixing methods:

Either

You may choose to completely remove Silverlight from your system and reinstall as an attempt to fix this issue.

For doing this, go to control panel, then go to Add or Remove Software or Uninstall a program under Programs Section. Uninstall the earlier version of Silverlight. Then download the latest version of Silverlight and install it.

Dear, you have to take some troubleshooting steps as given below::

 

You have to uninstall and reinstall Silverlight and I think it will be solved..

 

To remove Silverlight you have to follow some steps given below:

 

1. Go to the Control Panel, and click Uninstall a program.

 

2. In the list of programs, click the earlier version of Silverlight and then click Uninstall.

 

3. After the uninstalling is completed, you should install the latest version of Silverlight.

 

There is a link for you for uninstalling Silverlight.

 

You can download the latest version of Silverlight and reinstall it.
