I have been playing my old pac-man game but want to shift the game to a new laptop with greater specs but worried if it was programmed to allow the current graphics. Would love to ask how to get cheat engine dos mode of the game to run in this new environment.

I've got good news for you. Regardless that you are planning to buy a new laptop with greater specifications, your Pac-Man game should work without an error or a bug in your new laptop. You didn't mentioned what OS you are using right now, but as long as it is Microsoft OS family, it should be fine.
