How to get the email back
Hi Roberto,
There are no impossible in many things now that we achieved the highest technology. But unluckily spam messages and your trash message can never be recovered.  Did you know that it is the privacy policy of Google that avoids them from supplying any data or information. You will be needing a COURT ORDER from the google.    To look for serveral logs. you have to remember that I cannot assure you that all your recovered files are not useful anymore.
Hope this might help you,
Thank you ,
Aliyah

How to get the email back
I hope by chance you have not deleted the same email from spam or trash because if you did this then it will be impossible to retrieve your email. If you deleted it recently that is in less than thirty days then please follow this simple steps to retrieve you important message. Sign in to your account, click on trash or spam at this point just look for the message you would like to retrieve then check the box next to senders name then click move to inbox. Ensure that your account is secured and not being attacked by strangers. This is possible before the elapsing of thirty days period and if you did not delete the message from the trash or spam. Good luck in retrieving your message.

How to get the email back
Hi Roberto,
Hoping that you were using outlook, you can recover your email using a software called 'recover my files' which you can download from the following site:
Download Link
Recover my files searches the Windows address book and personal address book for deleted files that are not in the recycle bin, and one of the two places is where your deleted email should be residing now.
But of you had deleted the mails individually you can try checking the recycle bin and see if they are there even before you start executing Recover My Files. If they are there, you simply click on them and say restore.
Â
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Lee Hung.
