Hi There are many software connecting hi tech pic c compiler on the web. You can choose from them. You can get a good download and make this easy to process. However, such c compiler soft are available on net. For your win 7 64-bit pc, i tried to find some good download. I wanted to upload the file with it, which i already have. But, you'll have to download that from the links:

I don't know for what purpose you want to use this compiler.

You can even use the C++ compiler to compile your programs.
