Hello experts,

How to get a free download next volume? The first one that I downloaded a few days ago is not really working and it crashed for some reasons I don’t know. Can you give your ideas based on your past experiences about this? I know you can help me , thanks.

How to get a free download next volume?

Hi, I have a past experienced same with your problem. When you are downloading a software/installer or any files make sure you check first the total capacity of the file you want to download on the website before you click the download button then you can compare it to downloaded files on your local drive once done (it should be the same size/capacity), to make sure that the downloaded software is successful.

Usually this would happen after downloaded the software or files, we encountered an error or crash while installing due to a corrupted file or software, that's why we need to check first the original file on the website.

You can retry to download it again or try to install the downloaded file into different computer to check if the file/software is corrupted. I hope i can help.
