Hello Sir,
I have a document in Microsoft Word 2003. It contains 4000 pages in A5 size. I have to print and made books of 10 copies. How can I print all these pages in a book mode? Can I set it manually or are there any options available to print automatically in a book mode?

How to print the content as a Book?
Dear Mr. Jacob
With regards to your question, “How can I print all these pages in a book mode? Can I set it manually or are there any options available to print automatically in a book mode?", I'm advising you to print it manually. Because if you did it in just one shot, I mean, one printing process, there will be a greater risk in the quality of the printing material that you will be using.
Giving consideration to your eagerness to easily print all of those pages, you can do it for yourself but I tell you, you will be discourage because only manual option is the only available. If happens you don't know how to print your Word in a book style, well, just follow these steps:
-
First, go to the "FILE MENU" in your menu bar, then click, after clicking, a drop down menu appear, click "PRINT". Then you will be sent to the "PRINT BOX" click the "PROPERTIES"
-
Then another box will appear, click "FEATURES" in your right side, you can see "TWO-SIDED PRINTING" if it's "OFF" change it to "MANUAL" so that you will can choose from the above options.
-
After clicking "MANUAL" you will be able to see the two option "Flip pages up" and "Preserve the layout".Choose the "Preserve Layout".
-
Then jump to "BOOKLET LAYOUT" choose either "LEFT EDGE BINDING" or "RIGHT EDGE BINDING".Then click "OK", Click the "OK" option and get ready to print your book.
Hope this suggestion can help you.
Good luck!
