How to get a quizmaker that works on iPad?

I need a quizmaker that works on ipad. I need it with customized and great looking. I need one on which I can control the mark for each quiz, show results with correct answers those were answered wrong, sometimes instance results upon click on each quiz. Please help me.

You may also modify the quiz that you have entered.
