How to get user passwords from AD data base after deleting AD

Is there a possibility  to get user passwords from AD database after removing AD from a server?

How to get user passwords from AD data base after deleting AD

Hi Briend,

Please be informed that the passwords in AD Database are not really installed by default encrypted. So there is no way to decrypt it.
