Good day everyone. I would like to know about how to have good docs backup software for my various files. What are the steps needed for this kind of back-up? Is this easy to customize? Please also include an overview of this as well as its pros and cons. Thank you.

I suggest that you can use the Dropbox application,it's an application that can save all your files .

 Any file you will add to Dropbox will automatically save to  your computer, phone, and even the Dropbox website.

You can download the Dropbox and sign up for it. this application is free for Downloading Dropbox

Mac Downloading Dropbox , Linux Download Dropbox, and Mobile Download Dropbox.
