How I can do local setting in my computer?

Changing Windows' default setting to your local setting is best to do after installing Windows so it is already customized before even installing all the other applications you needed.

This is good because you can set the right settings for your country.

To change the setting for currency, your current location and keyboard layout:

• Click Start.
• Click Control Panel.
• Click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options.
• Click Regional and Language Options.
• Under Regional Options, choose your local language from the dropdown list just like in the image. This will change the number, currency, time, short date, and long date that Windows displays.

• Under Location, choose your country from the dropdown list. This will change your current location setting in Windows.

• Click Apply.
• Next, click Languages tab.
• Click the Details tab.
• In Settings tab, choose your preferred keyboard input language. This will set the keyboard layout based on the selected input language. Click Apply and then OK all the way.
