Microsoft Excel 2007 has a system to print a fixed item of the row-column in every page on the header and footer automatically.
I need to know if there is any system in Microsoft Word 2007 which can help me print a fixed item on every page on the header and footer automatically.
I need a good suggestion.
How can I print header and footer in Microsoft Word 2007?
Yes, you have the facility to print some portion or whole document in Microsoft Word 2007.
-
For this you have to go to print option and include the portion which you want to print.
-
You also have to point out that you want to print the header or footer of the page.
-
Then go to main menu and click on the format you will see " add header or footer" option. click on that . or double click on the top of page to automatically add header or bottom of page to automatically footer on the page but this can only be done in Word 2007.
-
Then go to print option or you can also see how the page will be printed out in print preview option. That is a cool option that Microsoft Word provides.
Thanks and hope this will help you.

If you are using Microsoft Word (any version), you will be able to print header or footer for your document.
But to do this, you have to insert header or footer or both in your document.
To do this,Â
Select    Insert  from the Upper Menu list;
Then Click on Header or Footer from the Header & Footer menu to insert header or footer in the document.
Then you can edit the header or footer at your will.
You can insert page number for each page, you can even distinguish the left page header or footer with the right page header or footer.Â
When you have inserted header or footer in your document those things will be automatically printed in your document, whenever you print your document.
