How I can use zen media explorer win 7

Hi, 

I have recently been using Windows 7. But I now believe that the Media Explorer software for the Zen Vision M is not supported in Windows 7. I know I can use the Windows Explorer to view the contents and drag and drop files, however I my question is how I can use Zen media explorer win 7 ?

How I can use zen media explorer win 7

Make sure to check windows for the update available for Creative ZEN Vision M. To do that Click Start, go to Control PanelSystem and SecurityWindows Update. Check for Windows update button.

If the above step doesn’t work, open Compatibility troubleshooter. Click Windows Orb or Start button. Click the Control Panel button. Type troubleshooter on the search field and click troubleshooting. Click Run Programs made for previous version of Windows link below Programs. Wait for Windows to fix the incompatibility issue. Now your System can detect your Creative ZEN VISION M.
