I have a website and I want to increase the number of visitors on my website. I have heard about some process

called as SEO and SEM but I don't know what are these. If anybody could explain these and also the useful method to

increase visitors. I would be very happy. Thanks.

Search engine optimization is the process  of making your site’s  visibility very high on the search engines.If you have a website then you will want that many visitors get attracted to it and  it can be easily found on top of any search engine .you can do so by SEO and SEM.They help in making your site popular.

You have to select 50-100 main keywords of your website which you think when searched on search engine will help to display your site.Then you have to submit you site along with these key words on some sites which provides free SEO and SEM.you can also get visitors by providing link of your website to some social networking sites of chat rooms when people will visit it its rank will get higher and thus it will be easily available on top of any search engine and hence it will become popular.
