How to install google translate language package? And one more thing , can I download an offline version for google translate language package which I can download in my android mobile phone? Give some suggestion experts.

The translate package allows you to translate web-pages, electronic mail and other documents without opening online-translation sites and buying expensive bulky programs. On your second query the answer is yes you can get an offline version for your android phone just go to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.translate&hl=en and download it. However am not sure if this translator functions in offline mode.

How to install Google translate language package?
