How to Install Mac OS X Lion 10.7 on Virtualbox 4.1?

On my virtualbox 4.1 with 32bit Ubuntu machine. I did try to run the Mac Operating System Lion

I have images of Mac Operating System X Lion 10.7. I go along with this procedure but at the booting time it gives me this

VT-x/AMD-V hardware acceleration is not available on your system. Certain guests (e.g. OS/2 and QNX) require this feature and will fail to boot without it.

I am not able 3D Acceleration in Setting of Virtual box later than this. I choose the option to continue its boot but stop at this. Attempted much things to solve this but nothing happen positively.

Copy  Continue  CloseVM

Will anybody help me for this issue?

Hello,

It seems that your hardware acceleration is not enabled. So to enable hardware acceleration go to Settings -> General -> check Enable 3D Acceleration checkbox, like on this picture: 

If you receive this error after checking 3D acceleration, then maybe you are using an older computer which doesn't support 3D acceleration. If you are sure that your computer is capable of running 3D then you should submit a bug ticket to VirtualBox team.
