First of all, you need to download the appropriate driver. There are many ways to do so:

 

a) You can Google the web cam's brand and exact serial number and add the key words "download" and "driver", this should get you exactly where you need to be.

 

PS: This method may get you different driver versions so you should make sure that you chose the latest one to ensure that your webcam functions properly.

 

b) If you don't want to go through so much trouble, you can just download "Uniblue driver scanner" which will scan your computer for outdated drivers and install new ones if needed.

 

c) If you don't want to install any additional software on your computer, there's a website called "Tous Les Drivers" that does all of the previous online. I personally recommend this method as it is quick, simple and effective.
