I manage our office network with 150 clients that use a mix of Outlook 2000 and 2003. We are using Exchange 2003. The management asked me to deploy our newly-created 26 client mailboxes to certain people in a list they gave me. How can I install these mailboxes without needing to go station to station?
How to install outlook remotely (Exchange 2003)
Hi Lindeck
There are lots of third party software, just like Teamviewer,Logmein and RealVNC all of this software are useful for remote desktop you don’t need to go to their station to configure it, all  you have to do is give their access to internet. But if you are not the one who control the internet connection you just use the built in remote desktop named Microsoft Terminal Services Client. All you have to is enable their remote desktop.
If you are not familiar with Remote Desktop just click this Link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17463/windows-7-connect-to-another-computer-remote-desktop-connection and it will lead you to the instruction on to configure.
Hope this will help you regarding your problem.
