My computer starts to hang, crash and encounter blue screen (BSOD). Prior to that, my computer was running fine, so I thought it was just an operating systems' (OS) problem. Then, I decided to format my computer. But when I tried to install the OS after formatting, the installation stops and display blue screen.
I already tried different installers and operating systems but I still encountered the same problem.
BSOD while formatting my computer
Hi,
This is a rare case but I have encountered the same issue before in which I tried everything like scanning, creating new partition or defrag my hard disk, but it didn't really solve the problem. In most cases, we always thought that it was a software problem or corrupted system/file due to blue screen. But because the computer is turning on properly and running fine, we always try to scan, defrag or worst case scenario, reformat it.
It's true that it could be a software problem but if it's not, you might consider that it could be a hard disk problem. So, you tried formatting it. But when you installed an OS, it won't push through, stop or display blue screen. Then, you'll consider to try different installers, creating new partition, worst is, you replaced your hard drive but the same thing happens. I know that it's getting into your nerve and it sucks because you already tried everything. But before thinking of buying a new HDD, try using different HDD.
If you're still encountering the same issue after trying all of it, try using different memory stick or replace your Memory or RAM. This is because it's the last thing that can cause a computer to hang or display blue screen error. Also check your computer temperature for it might be the cause of hand or blue screen because of over heat. Overheated system can cause your memory/HDD/CPU to crash or break down. It's always wise to monitor hardware temperature. You can download hardware monitor or temporary monitor by searching cpuzid.
I hope this solves your problem. Good luck!

BSOD while formatting my computer
Thanks for the response, sir. I tried using my hard disk to a different computer and install windows at the same time. There was no problem with the installation. Then, I borrowed my friend's extra memory to try it again with my own system and it worked fine. And now, my system is working fine.
Thank you so much!
