There are two main way to install the Windows Server 2008/R2 roles and features. One is manual and other is automatically.
Manually you can add install the Windows Server 2008/R2 roles and features in three different ways.
1. By using windows interface. To do this visit https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732263.aspx
2. By using windows power shell. To do this visit https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732263.aspx
3. By using a command line. To do this visit https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732263.aspx
Automatically you can install these features. To do this you need to download remote server administrative tools. You can find it here http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=7887
Just download it and use and install. It will automatically install these features.
