I have a friend and was able to find out that there is a keylogger 2011 on his PC, with the help of a visitor IT friend.

My question is how do we know if my PC has a keylogger 2011 or other same program installed on it?

Do we have specific software that can scan keyloggers?

To find out keyloggers and delete them from your computer:

I would recommend you to do this in Safe Mode with Networking.

First you need to download Malwarebytes:

It's an awesome software to takeout malwares from your computer

  1. Update Malwarebytes before scanning
  2. Perform a full scan with it but it will take time!!
  3. Click OK for Malware removal process
  4. Click on Show Results option
  5. All the Malwares found will be shown
  6. You can delete all if you wants
  7. You can see the scanlog to see if any keyloggers were present.

Dear User,

If you suspect that your computer is infected with a key logger then stop doing your work in normal mood.

Try safe mood to perform your tasks.

When the computer starts usually after the first beep press f8, and select safe mood from the list.

And work there until you fix the problem.
