HOW TO LIMIT BANDWIDTH PER WEBSITE
Greetings…
Hi, I have some solution and ideas to help and i hope it will answer your question. To tell you the truth there is no way to limit the bandwidth of the specific site in will depends in your ISP if you receive 3.0mbps from your provider that what's you gain. If you limit your bandwidth it will affect all of your connection and i also suggest to ask your INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER if you can increase the bandwidth that your receive much better the better and high connection cause a good and reliable connection but take note you can pay additional payment if there is. Regarding streaming sites that's one of the reason that consumes a high bandwidth and also downloading is also one of the reason. The only thing to stop streaming in YouTube in other site is to disable by UNINSTALLING FLASHPLAYER and you can also block it using your firewall.
I hope it will help you and gain information to solve your problem.

HOW TO LIMIT BANDWIDTH PER WEBSITE
Hallo Lyley,
You have an internet cafe with 3 mps, and that is a kind of a slow connection when it comes to streaming videos and downloading from the document. But you can make good use of it if you limit the number of sites you open at once in the browser so that a lot of bandwidth is not taken.
For instance, you can limit yourself to YouTube if it is there that you need to stream most videos and avoid other sites. Avoid tabbed browsing and open only one site in the browser.
Also use a download manager for instance internet download manager so that it can grab the videos and download them at a faster speed.
