Hi. To learn how to link Excel workbooks, first open the workbooks which need to be linked in MS-Excel. Select the spreadsheet which is the source and then in it, select each cell which you want to link to the destination spreadsheet. While selecting multiple cells from both the spreadsheets, keep on pressing the ctrl key. Next, on the cell which has been selected, right-click and then click on the copy option from the menu. Then, switch over to the destination spreadsheet. Then, click on the cell where the data from the source spreadsheet should be transferred.
Then, in the cell to which the data is to be transferred, right-click and then click on the paste special option and then to create a link between both the spreadsheets, press N. You can also first create a connection between the spreadsheets and then add the tables to the new worksheet by using the import data function.
