How live lM Archiving Agent enhances the LCS use
Hi Lugalia,
The Live Communications IM Archiving Agent component allows you to save IM messages in an MSDE or MS SQL database. Â The IM Archiving feature collects instant message data and sends it through Microsoft Message Queuing (MSMQ) to a computer that runs Live Communications IM Archiving Service. You must install Live Communications IM Archiving Service on a computer in the same domain before you install the Live Communications IM Archiving Agent component.

How live lM Archiving Agent enhances the LCS use

Hi there user:
Live communication has archiving service, the agent and the pointed service. The mostly needed is the service, and it must be installed with another SQL database for the keeping bunch of messages.
So each come boarding agent in an Enterprise Edition deploys messages that will be logged on the Microsoft MSMQ. The Live Communication then picks up messages from the archiving agent. Archiving messages is configured with three (3) Live Communications Server.
1.) MSFT_SIPLogOptions
2.) MSFT_SIPLogSettings
3.) MSFT_SIPLogServiceSettings.
Thanks for your query.
Best regards,
