How to lock unlock HDD live CD without password

I was trying to boot my new PC, when I got an error message. After that the windows didn't start and it crashed. After fixing it, I am getting a password error when I tried to unlock the hard drive. Is there any other way to lock unlock HDD live CD other than using a password? Can anybody help me out of this ?

Hello Lance,

 

You mentioned that this is a new PC, were you the one who installed the OS? You might have entered a different password than what you thought you did.  Can you give us the complete error message? Did your computer crash and did a blue screen appear with an error message on it? Please hit us back as soon as possible so we can resolve your issue right away.
