Hi Julio, since you are looking for a software, I highly recommend to you to utilize Free ISO Creator.  It is a tool to make ISO image from your files and folders.  By using it, you can effortlessly make an ISO image from any files and folders (with subfolders).  ISO Creator is regarded to be as one of the best way to create an ISO file.  The good thing is, it is totally free.  I hope this helps.
