How to resize a specific image part using Photoshop?

Hi guys, maybe your wondering what part of would i like to look bigger, but this may come in handy. So anyone can help me with this? I would really appreciate it.. thanks..

How to resize a specific image part using Photoshop?

Hahaha.. This is funny.. okay, first open your desired image and select filter then liquefy.. Now the fun part begins, you can make the brush size bigger or smaller by pressing the bracket keys "[ ]" Point your brush at the part you wish to stretch and start stretching.

How to resize a specific image part using Photoshop?

The best method in doing this is Liquefy. You can also use the smudge tool but it is less effective.
