How to make Class Diagram Dentist chart?

Hi! I am struggling with a very hard diagram that I was going to make. I have made a class diagram but I am not sure if my work is correct. I tried to ask my friends if can they determine if I am right. But none of them can tell. So experts, how can I know if am correct? Is there any requirements or explanation that can tell if I am wrong or correct? If yes, what are those. Please help.

                      If you want to make a class diagram then you first need to get the requirements in a good way also make some of the interviews so that you can get the clear idea that what you have to do in order to make the software more and more efficient.
