How to make Community website Script

I want to make community website scripts, want to develop a website using a script language, should be use in HTML, javascript. Can anyone give me advice how to make it.

How to make Community website Script

Hi,

You have to work hard to make a community website. You can use WordPress for avoiding the complexities of web designing. Search on the Google for free templates and scripts. I am sending you a URL. I hope it will facilitate a lot for making an excellent community website.
