Hi, I am using the Outlook platform and I want to compare folders easier to make my browsing faster and more organized. How to make comparing outlook folders easier? I really need to get rid of the hassle of viewing each one of the folders I have now. Thanks

Hi Sheri,

I read your question and for resolving this you can use an add-in that enables synchronization of folders.

You can choose the folders and synchronization is doing between the selected folders.

There is no limit in folder pairs. The following site provides freeware and you can download from there.
