How to make a flowing menu?

Anyone can help me how can I make flowing menu I would love to make one of my own. Can anyone help me with it is there a website that I can look into it or a tutorial video that it make it all easy for me.

How to make a flowing menu?

Hi,

Yes you can make it flowing menu by yourself its easy to make and definitely you will love it to make by yourself. For example you are making a floating flag go to Adobe

Photoshop its easy to use and you will love to work on that application also get the better results you want to for your floating image or you can say floating menu I will add here a URL of video tutorial for adobe Photoshop.
