How to make a free call in safari browser.

I am familiar in using Google Chrome, Firefox and IE9 but I never tried using the Safari browser. I want to make a free call using Safari but I am not sure how to do it. Can you give me the procedures including the downloading and installation process? And also the link on where to download Safari. Thanks in advance.
