I've followed your instructions and its helpful, which makes my Windows boot faster but it affects my programs, when I open it. All loads are very slow when I use it.
The instruction above disables the prefetch. It really make your computer boot faster because nothing gets loaded during startup and its really one of the best things about booting up.  But Windows can't keep track which programs you commonly open. So eventually, all programs takes longer to start.
Thank you Rickets for the information you've shared. Is there another way or chance to make my Windows XP boot fast?
Yes, there is another way to boot your computer faster. Following the instruction below:
  1. Click "Start" button
  3. Choose "Run" and type "Regedit" (to start registry editor) and press OK or press ENTER key.
  4. Navigate and expand the following keys in your registry:
            HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlContentIndex
  5. Double click "StartupDelay" and change the decimal value to 4000.
  6. Click "OK".
  7. Close the registry editor.
  8. Restart your computer.
Good luck!
