Having desktop phone book application on your computer or laptop helps you to become organized and easy to find contacts specially if you are running a business. My question is how many contacts can I save in this kind of application? and what is the best desktop phone book application that you can suggest to me to install on my computer?

Hi Susandwindsor,

The best software to use is MS outlook. The fact that you can sync it in your phone’s phonebook, you won’t have any issues with compatibility because it is widely used, for sure all phones must have support for MS outlook. Also, it comes with other MS applications, so you won’t have to pay extra for a phonebook anymore. Hope this helps.

How many contacts can I save in Desktop phone book?

Hello Susandwindsor,

You can use the latest version of MS OUTLOOK (current widely used version is OUTLOOK 2010). It can store a huge amount of contact information. Moreover you can easily synchronize your contact information with any phone book. You can easily either import your existing phone book from device to PC through OUTLOOK or can export contact list to your mobile device. As it is a product of MICROSOFT and use for communication they provide more security and make it user friendly.
