How to master real player exe error

Hello, I like to download and watch videos and music videos from internet, and most of the time I use Real player, but last few I am facing a exe error problem, can anyone please tell how to master real player exe problem? I want to get rid of it permanently.

How to master real player exe error

Hello,

Open the Start->Run and type taskmgr for opening Task Manager. Then click on Processes. Find the realplay.exe and with right click on it select End Process. Then go to Start->Run and type msconfig. From the System Configuration Utility choose Startup. Find RealPlayer and uncheck. Reboot your computer. After that you can scan your computer with Antivirus Software.
