How To Merge Two Rows In Excel Without Losing Data Some Steps
Hi. To know how to merge two rows in Excel without losing data, install the Kutools tools for Excel. After the installation is done, click on Kutools and then select the option combine. After this, the range which needs to be merged should be selected. From the dialog box of combine rows and columns, combine the rows; specify a separator and also how to deal with the cells which have been combined. Next, click on OK to combine the cells making sure that no data has been lost.
Alternatively, you can use a formula by entering an & between the names of the columns to combine the data and then clicking on enter. All the data from the rows will get copied to one row only. In addition to that, no data will be lost.
Hope we helped.
