I really don't know what's wrong with Microsoft. It has been revealed that Microsoft is the largest software company but it has not been able to be like Linux to avoid viruses. On the other hand, I have tried some Microsoft games and they lag like nothing else. If that's the case, I will give up using Microsoft's everything and shift to Linux. Am I leaving Microsoft? Please provide logic to support your answers.
How is Microsoft getting viruses?
Even though Microsoft is the most wide spread software company, it has not been able to outshine Linux in avoid viruses, due to this very reason of its popularity. So, most of the Virus creators target the Windows platform with the aim of attacking the majority of devices.
Also, the OS is not basically designed with inborn security measures through its various supporting utilities like Autorun. Further, the availability to install soft wares from outside sources and the unavailability of a proper official app store for desktop application also make the system prone to virus.
However, it is your turn to choose between Windows & Linux.
