Hi guys. I received a phonebook database in .cdb file on my email. Can someone point me in the right direction on how to open .cdb file then exporting to Outlook 2010? I'm using windows 8. Thanks.

I would suggest that you download a universal file viewer.

Cdb is a file extension used by CardScan. It stands for Card DataBase and it gathers information from business cards through CardScan.
The easiest and safest way to open these files is to download the CardScan program directly. It will detail the files in an excellent way for you.
