Hi. I have recently started using MS-Publisher. I am not very sound with the technical stuff and I need to know the file in Publisher. How to open Microsoft Publisher? Please reply ASAP. Thanks in advance.

Hi. To learn how to open Microsoft Publisher, first launch MS-Publisher on the computer and then the document which needs to be sent to the Mac should be opened. Save the file from the file menu. Next, give a name to the file and then select PDF from the save as drop-down menu. Next, select the save option. The PDF file can now be sent to the Mac user who can read the document and print it. Another way can be by using an Adobe Reader. First install Adobe Reader on your PC. Then, in MS-Publisher, open the file which needs to be converted to PDF.
Save the file from the file menu. Then, select PDF in the save as type and browse the location where the file needs to be saved and finally click on save. The file will open after it is saved.
