How to open packard bell external harddrive easily?

To all Techyv members. Please help me how to open Packard bell external harddrive easily. What is the best way for this? I have Packard bell 3500 external hard drive  and I'm having a difficulty opening some of the zip files. What may be the reason for this? I would really appreciate your help for this problem.

Good day, I think you should use the WinRAR application for your problem, it is an extracting tool for .RAR and .ZIP and many file extension that is compressed. It is fast and reliable and can be use freely, it is an opensource program and it is easy to install, well you can find the program in filehippo.com or by googling, 'winrar'.

Hi Roman,

   It is possible that your file extracting tool on the computer is corrupt. You can test this by copying the file to your Desktop and see if it will still not extract the zip file. One thing you can also do is to check if the HDD is corrupted. These are the things that you would consider should you still not be able to open the file on your desktop try it on another computer if same it may be the file. If it opens then it’s the zip tool on your computer try to use another extracting file like WinRAR.
