How to perform Linux restore ms SQL backup?

Hello experts,

How to perform Linux restore ms SQL backup? I need to have an idea on how to restore ms SQL back up from the database to get all the information secured. Once I get the back up in the form of notepad or any other word document I will going to save it in my external hard drive for security reasons. Please help me to get the back up from my ms access database.
