Lisa is a secretary of a business firm company. Her boss asked her to print fifty copies on the presentation that is necessary for the upcoming event . When she is about to print the said presentation, she couldn't find the print option on the menu. What will Lisa do? How will she able to print the pages using keyboard?

How to print a page using keyboard?

In windows environment Printers have a default printing keys from keyboard. Almost all the professional software implements this option to print directly using the Keyboard shortcuts

The keyboard shortcut to print is CTRL+P. This option not only works with Microsoft Office family products but also with all other professional tools. So whenever there is a similar situation go for the keyboard shortcut by pressing CTRL+P simultaneously to avoid any inconvenience.

Some programs may give you option to select custom shortcuts. In that case if any other key assigned for the printing task, CTRL+P will not work. To avoid any problem, check your software keyboard short-cuts in advance to any presentations.
