How to properly delete apps from iPhone?

Last night, I deleted iTunes from my laptop. Today morning, I was on my iPhone and I was speaking with my friend. Sometime later, I got a notification from iTunes. Is that supposed to happen? I have already removed iTunes from laptop but it hasn't vanquished from my iPhone. How can I properly delete it?

How to properly delete apps from iPhone?

Deleting apps from apple device is simple:

 

Press a while on the app you want to uninstall or delete.

A cross (x) will appear at the top left corner.

Tap on (x) press ok and the app is removed your iOS.

 

If you sync your phone with a Mac on a regular basis, you will need to delete the app from the Mac too.

 

For this, Open iTunes, go into library section, right click on the app you want to delete, and press delete. 

App will not sow again in your iPhone.
