I have a company email that can be accessed through online. Open my outlook email usually to a public computer shop.
I am worried that it might be accessed by other people without my permission.
Is there any way to protect my email every time I will use it online?
Thank you.
How to protect your online outlook email.
To protect your Outlook account, follow the steps below:
1. Open your computer and double-click the Outlook application to start it.
2. Click File under the main menu and then click the File Management option on the bottom. Select the Personal Folders file under the Data Files tab and then go to Settings.
3. Click the Change Password button and type your new password in the text field. And then retype your password in the Verify Password field.
4. Ensure that you did not tick the "Save this password in your password list" check box and then click OK twice and then close it.
This is to ensure that your password will not be saved in the password list whenever you access your account in Outlook online.

How to protect your online outlook email.
By protecting your outlook email online, make sure that you have a good Windows password. First, turn on your computer and launch your Outlook application. Click on "File" menu then scroll down and click "Data File Management". Click "Data Files" tab, select the "Personal Folders file" for which you want to create a password, and then click "Settings". Click the "Change password" button and enter your new password in the field.
Re-type your new password in the "Verify password" box. (Note: The password can be up to 15 characters long and case-sensitive. If you're running Outlook through Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft cannot retrieve it. Make sure to store your password by writing it down in a secure place.) If you are sharing a computer with others, unselect the "Save this password in your password list". Click "OK"twice, and then click "Close".
