How to record internet sessions on my computer?

Hi,

I need to record my browsing and web searching. I want to train one of my friends about the procedure. I want to capture my URL, Skype conference and Facebook chats.  I am wondering how to record internet sessions. Which software should I install to capture all these things simultaneously. Video quality must be good and in high resolution.

I guess you want to make full details of internet browsing and it's all application. It's easy to do this. Replay Video Capture is the best software to capture Skype chat, Facebook chat, videos and all url's browsing.

Replay Video Capture comes along with windows and Linux  format. It's freeware and minimum CPU capacity is 1.5 GHz.

Do you want to record your chat conversations on Skype, Facebook and other social media sites? There are many applications that can do this like Powergome Recorder, Audio Hijack, Ecamm Call Recorder, Wire Trap, etc. They provide other features aside from being able to record from social media sites.
