How to Remove Ads in Mozilla or Chrome
Is there a way to remove or block the ads on certain websites? I'm getting frustrated on ads covering almost half of every webpage.

Hi,
The blocking of desired site differs from browser to browser. I’ll try to describe the site blocking process in most popular browsers.
In Internet Explorer 8,
Go to tools which is located in Internet Option in the general tab. Now delete your cookies. Now you have to use custom history from the drop down list box. Now uncheck the box and then allow 3rd Party cookies.
In Chrome,
Select an option and go to preference. Delete all cookies. Now block the third party software.
In Firefox,
Go to privacy tab and remove individual cookies. Uncheck “accept third party cookies”.
I think this may prove helpful.
Hi,
I know what you feel. I know that it is pretty annoying when you see ads and it is very intrusive to hear those disruptive sounds. When using Mozilla Firefox, you can try to download Ad-block Plus here:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/
Then click on "+Add to Firefox" button to add this add-in for your browser.
A dialogue box will appear, allow the download and then click the Install Now button below.
After a few seconds, when the download is finished, you will be prompted to restart your Firefox, just click on Restart Now but don't forget to save your work before restarting.
Then configure your Ad-block Plus.
Then test if it works. Go to the site that has ads, the ads should not appear as it is already blocked by Ad-block Plus.
