Hi techyv,

How to remove corrupt email from outlook? How many times I encountered this kind of problem in my Microsoft outlook, I think there are 5 to 10 emails which are corrupted by those unknown viruses. I wish you could give me some suggestion on how to fix this problem.

Hello,

No doubt your problem is not a minor one; a useful utility for your problem is “OE Backup”. Try to use this as your e-mail client. Another solution is BCXtract utility it’s very best however it’ll charge you $7 but is well-suited for your current problem. Hope you like this suggestion.

How to remove corrupt email from outlook?

Good day!

The solution mentioned above might work but if it didn't then here is a very easy alternative solution for you. Just follow these easy steps and your corrupted email will be permanently deleted from your Outlook.

1) First select the file by clicking ONCE on the corrupted file that you want to delete.

2) Hold down the SHIFT KEY and then the DELETE KEY (without releasing the shift key) from your keyboard.

3) This shortcut key will permanently delete your file.

How to remove corrupt email from outlook?

Hello Thomas,

To delete the corrupted emails, you need to follow the steps given below:

1. Go to the Outlook Web App.

2. Click the box of “Use the light version of Outlook Web App.

3. Then you need to enter your credentials and sign in.

4. Select the emails by clicking in the box to the each corrupted emails.

5. Then click “Delete” in the toolbar at the top of the window to delete them.
