You have to find the application folder. See there is an uninstaller and run it.

To remove the PDF for Mac, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open the "Finder" application.
2. Go the "Applications" folder.
3. Drag the PDF for Mac application file into the trash.
4. Click the "Go" menu from the menu bar.
5. Select"Go to Folder…" option
6. Enter the following into the "Go to the folder:" field:~/Library
7. Click the "Go" button again.
8. Click the "Application Support" folder.
9. Drag the PDF folder into the trash.
10. Now by clicking on the "Back" button from these Finder window go through the "Library" folder.
11. Select the "Preferences" folder.
12. Select the "Finder" menu from the menu bar
13. Select "Empty Trash Option"
14. PDF for Mac will now be successfully uninstalled.
