How to resize PowerPoint presentations

Hello Experts!

I have some PowerPoint Presentations that I need to resize. They are all in PPT format and I need a software that can resize them all. Can you provide the links on where to download the PowerPoint Resizer Software and the tutorials on how to use that software? Thanks.

How to resize PowerPoint presentations

Hi,

I can give you a simple answer that will help you.

The first thing you need to do if you need to re-size the PPT is you need to change the page size of the slides in the presentation: go to “File” then “Page Setup”. Change the height and width as you need to. For example, when opening a new window width, you might change it to 7.5 inches, and change the height to 5.6 inches. When opening inside a blackboard content area, a good width might be 6 inches, and a good height might be 4.5 inches. Then click OK and close the PPT.
